  3. We review your request and email you when it’s approved.
  4. Shop while logged in, and tax is removed at checkout.

What you’ll need

  • Your business or organization name and mailing address
  • Your reason for exemption (resale, manufacturing, nonprofit, government)
  • Resellers: your Ohio Vendor’s License or Use Tax Account number
  • The name of an authorized person to sign
